ZUKII Football — Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of ZUKII Football (“the App”), operated by Mikaël Tokotuu (“Operator”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who can use the App
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for everything posted from it. Keep your sign-in details private.
2. The game
ZUKII Football is a free prediction game. Points and rankings have no monetary value, nothing can be bought, won or exchanged, and the App is not gambling. Odds are shown only to calculate points. Football data comes from a third-party provider and may occasionally be late or wrong; we may correct results and points when it is.
3. Chat and other content you post
Pools have a chat. Your username, profile picture, pool names and chat messages (text, photos and GIFs) are visible to other users. You keep ownership of what you post and give us the permission needed to store and display it in the App.
3.1 Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post or share:
- harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation;
- hate speech or content attacking people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic;
- sexual or pornographic content, or any sexual content involving minors;
- violent, graphic or self-harm content;
- spam, scams, advertising or links to malicious sites;
- personal information about others without their consent;
- anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Messages containing blocked language are refused automatically.
3.2 Reporting and blocking
Long-press any chat message to report it or to block its author. A blocked user's messages are hidden from you in every chat; you can unblock them from Profile → Blocked Users. Every report is reviewed by a moderator within 24 hours. Content that breaks these Terms is removed, and its author is banned from chat or has their account removed. Pool admins can also delete messages and remove or ban members of their pool.

4. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or remove an account, or ban it from chat, if it breaks these Terms.
5. No warranty
The App is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or from content posted by other users.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
